Who we are

This website is operated by Chang Lee’s Taekwondo Olympic Sport LLC (“Chang Lee’s Taekwondo”, “we”), a Taekwondo school at 950 E Main St, Allen, TX 75002. Questions about this policy can be sent to changleetkdallen@gmail.com or by calling (512) 699-3728.

What we collect and why

Trial class request form

When you submit the “Request a Trial Class” form we collect your name, email address and phone number. We use these only to contact you about a trial class and to answer your questions. Submitting the form requests a class; it does not create an account or a confirmed booking.

• Submissions are stored in this website’s database (Fluent Forms entries) so a request is never lost.
• A copy of each request is emailed to the school’s inbox. [Owner decision: confirm the destination inbox for lead notifications.]
• The form uses an invisible anti-spam field (honeypot). [Owner decision: if Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled for extra spam protection, Cloudflare will process limited technical data — this section must be updated.]

Children

Our classes are for students aged 3 and up, but this website is intended for parents, guardians and adult students. Please ask a parent or guardian (18+) to submit the form on a child’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Phone, text and email

If you call, text or email us, we use your contact details to respond to you. Standard carrier rates may apply to texts.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

• Analytics and advertising: this site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. [Owner decision: if Google Analytics 4 or ad conversion tracking is added for the trial-class campaign, cookies will be set and this section must be updated before launch.]
• Caching: the site uses LiteSpeed Cache, which may set a technical cookie that helps pages load faster. It does not identify you.
• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. Loading it may send your IP address and device information to Google, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Fonts: the site’s fonts (Outfit and Nunito Sans) are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. [Owner decision: fonts can be hosted locally before launch to avoid this.]
• Links to other sites: we link to our Facebook page and to Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

Form entries are kept in the website database so we can follow up on your request and keep a record of enquiries. [Owner decision: choose a retention period for form entries — for example, delete entries older than 12 months.]

Who can see your information

Only the school and the people who maintain this website for the school can access form entries. Our web host (Hostinger) stores the website and its database on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent us at any time by emailing changleetkdallen@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website collects or uses information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
